All properties located within the boundary of Lake Arrowhead (except Lakewood A & B) have lake rights. This means the home owners have the right to use the Lake for recreational purposes, i.e., boating, fishing, swimming and using the reserve strip for foot travel where designated. The Arrowhead Lake Association manages and maintain Lake Arrowhead and serve the property owners of Arrowhead Woods who are Members. There are three beach club in Lake Arrowhead, Ca. Tavern Bay Beach Club, Burnt Mill Beach Club & Grass Valley Beach Club. These are private beach clubs, you must own a home within "lake rights" of Lake Arrowhead to join them and enjoy the lake.
There are approximately 2400 boat docks around the 14 mile shoreline of Lake Arrowhead Ca. You must own a home within "lake rights" of Lake Arrowhead to purchase a boat dock.
